Abu Umair

As a psychosocial counsellor with a background in psychotherapy and clinical work, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for individuals navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, and questions of identity and masculinity. My approach draws on psychodynamic and psychosocial perspectives, paying close attention to how family, culture, and social context shape emotional struggles. I work with individuals across age groups, helping them feel heard, understood, and supported as they move toward greater clarity and wellbeing, in English and Hindi.
