Heather Sparshu

I provide a supportive space where individuals can speak freely. I am an autonomy advocate and believe that everyone needs the freedom to express themselves and be true to their values. I am an online trauma-certified yoga teacher with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education. I have a Master of Science in Athletic Administration, and I am currently completing a PhD in Psychology. Although I specialize in working with teenagers, I have experience working with children and adults.
