Linsy Willemse

I am Linsy Willemse, a qualified counsellor with a BSc and a strong commitment to mental health and wellness. Since beginning my journey as a practice manager in 2018, I have a special interest in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and stress management. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families both in-person and online, ensuring a flexible and supportive environment tailored to each client's needs. I hold an honours degree from the University of South Africa and have completed certifications in Mental Health, Mindfulness, Self-Care from the University of Cape Town, as well as in Psychology of Addiction and Recovery from Stanford. My approach emphasizes empathy and safety, allowing clients to explore their challenges and foster healing effectively.
