Hi, I'm Trey Brock, LPC. I provide virtual counseling for adults across Ohio, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful change. With experience as a firefighter/paramedic and 911 dispatcher, I have a unique understanding of the challenges faced by first responders, healthcare professionals, and those in helping roles.
