Currently completing my BA in Psychology at uOttawa, I frequently notice the mental health challenges faced by my peers. Recognizing the gaps in available support, I am passionate about stepping in to help. By combining my strong observational abilities with keen, empathetic listening skills, I aim to create a safe space where individuals feel truly heard, validated, and supported. No one should have to face their struggles alone, and I am dedicated to being a reliable, guiding presence during hard times.
