I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in working with individuals navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, PTSD, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. My approach is insight-oriented and focuses on helping clients understand the deeper origins of their emotional struggles, relationship patterns, and self-perceptions. Together, we explore how past experiences—often rooted in family dynamics—continue to shape the present, creating opportunities for greater self-awareness, self-forgiveness, and meaningful change. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients are treated with dignity and respect, with the goal of helping them break free from cycles of self-doubt, shame, and unhappiness while building a stronger sense of self-worth and resilience.
