I have always been fascinated by people — what we feel, what we hide, the stories we tell ourselves, and the patterns that quietly shape our lives and relationships. As a Listener and Counselling Psychology Intern, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can speak freely, untangle difficult emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, heartbroken, uncertain, or simply in need of a safe conversation, you don’t have to carry it alone. My areas of interest include self-esteem, emotional well-being, relationships, personal growth, and life transitions. Through empathy, active listening, and thoughtful reflection, I aim to help individuals find clarity, self-awareness, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. Sometimes healing begins not with having all the answers, but with finally feeling heard.
