I am a Counsellor and educator with a background in psychology and experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across diverse educational settings. My work has focused on providing emotional support, behavioural interventions, crisis management, and academic guidance while creating safe and trusting environments for students to thrive. Through individual counselling, wellbeing programmes, and collaboration with parents and educators, I have helped young people navigate challenges including anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, peer relationships, behavioural concerns, and academic pressures. I am passionate about empowering individuals with practical coping strategies, emotional resilience, and the confidence to overcome obstacles. As an online counsellor, I bring a compassionate, non-judgemental, and client-centred approach, ensuring that each person feels heard, supported, and understood.
