Many people who come to me aren’t in crisis. They’re simply tired of carrying everything alone. I work with expats, international professionals, parents, and high-functioning adults who are dealing with burnout, anxiety, cultural adjustment, relationship challenges, grief, or emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, practical, and person-centered. Together we’ll create space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and find a way forward that feels sustainable. Based in Japan, I offer online and in-person sessions in English.
