Shambhavi Goswami

I am a compassionate and dedicated psychologist with a strong academic foundation in Psychology, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the field. Since 2024, I have been working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges in a safe and supportive environment. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Trauma-Focused interventions, Play Therapy, and Eclectic techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience when provided with the right guidance and support. I work with clients across all age groups and concerns, including stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation, trauma, relationship difficulties, and personal development. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I offer both online and in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for every client seeking professional mental health support.
