As a listener, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where people feel genuinely heard and understood. My areas of interest include emotional wellbeing, stress and anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and adolescent and young adult mental health. I approach conversations with patience, sensitivity, and respect for each individual’s experiences and pace. My aim is to offer emotional support, understanding, and encouragement while helping individuals feel less alone in their struggles.
