I am an empathetic and non-judgmental listener who believes that sometimes the first step toward healing is simply being heard. I provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can express themselves openly, knowing they will be met with compassion, respect, and understanding. Through active listening, empathy, and evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and REBT, I aim to help individuals gain clarity, process their emotions, and move toward positive change. I am currently available for online individual listening and support sessions.
