I bring a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental presence to every conversation. Rooted in my training in Creative Expressive Therapies (BA, University of Derby) and Transpersonal Psychology (MSc, Liverpool John Moores University), I offer a listening space that goes beyond surface-level support, one that honours the emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of what a person is carrying. My approach is deeply relational. I believe that feeling genuinely heard is itself transformative, and I hold space for whatever arises; grief, uncertainty, life transitions, identity questions, burnout, or a sense of being lost, without rushing toward solutions or fixes. Drawing on Jungian and Archetypal frameworks, I listen not just for what is being said but for the deeper patterns, themes, and meanings that often shape our experience beneath the surface. This allows clients to feel both supported in the moment and gently guided toward greater self-understanding over time. With a background in Drama, Creative Therapies, and over three years of practice supporting 50+ individuals through significant life thresholds, I bring both professional training and lived understanding to the listening space. I offer online sessions and am experienced in holding sensitive, emotionally rich conversations with care, confidentiality, and compassion.
