I am a Canadian Registered Social Worker (MSW) now based in Munich, specializing in supporting expats and high-stress professionals navigating the unique challenges of life in Germany. Moving from abroad brings a specific set of hurdles, from bureaucratic burnout and the housing search to the isolation of starting over in a new culture. I swap clinical stiffness for genuine conversation, helping people move out of survival mode into a life of clarity. By blending CBT, DBT, and a necessary touch of humor, we’ll work together to manage burnout, relationship strain, and identity transitions.
