Certified as NVC coach - Non Violent communication coach but more importantly having imbibed deep listening as inheritance from my shaman ancestors, also having unschooled my child called for more presence practice plus handling many challenges over 25 years as a mulit-disciplinary artist and creative as well as a single mother made all my core gifts come to the fore. To listen is to allow, permit and make something inherent available for my clients and student. It is so powerful that I am in sheer awe of it. I celebrate that depp Presence practice which is deep listening to ones own self has allowed my CPTSD to be reversed.
