I have mastered Tibetan Buddhism and practiced through contemplation for over 3 decades on what I have studied. I give meditational instructions to many people across the world. I focus more on secular practice as a human being and to promote compassion and a sense of loving kindness to anyone who wishes to have happiness and overcoming sufferings of any kind. I have various methods to use intelligence in terms of applying antidotes to different mental disturbances. I help people through listening to them carefully and observing their mental challenges, and those who need just a listener, I comfort them with listening, and those who need words of hope and methods to overcome difficulties i carefully help them out as per individual needs.
