This includes a sexual realm. How do we include pleasure for ourselves. What does pleasure mean to you? Do you feel “fine” while also feeling like you can fully be with pleasure in your life? When we talk about sex, we open up so many other avenues of life as well. You’re opening up into many dimensions of who you are outside of the boundaries of what you’ve been told you should and should not be. My work is focused on helping people to mindfully tune into their present moment experience, the right here, the right now what is going on for you? What can you learn from that about your own values and what is important to you in life and how to move forward to it.
