In my role as a counselor, I provided psychological support to clients with a range of emotional and personal challenges. I assisted individuals in understanding their thoughts and feelings, developing emotional awareness, and finding more adaptive ways to cope with their difficulties. I focused on creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients felt comfortable expressing themselves. Through this experience, I strengthened my active listening skills, empathy, and ability to respond thoughtfully to different personal situations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
