About

This is a new start for me. And I'm saying that with full honesty. I'm not a certified therapist. I don't have a degree on my wall or a title after my name. What I have is this — I genuinely want to listen to you. Not to fix you. Not to give you a five-step plan. Just to actually hear you. Here's something I've come to believe: we already know our own truth. It's sitting inside us, quietly, all along. The strange thing is — sometimes we can't see it until we start talking. And the moment someone is really listening, something shifts. You start hearing yourself differently. You start finding what you were looking for, not because someone gave it to you, but because the space to speak finally let it surface. I've noticed this in my own life too. Sometimes I'm telling someone something — my story, my problem, my confusion — and halfway through, it hits me. I already knew the answer. I just needed a listener to find it. That's what I want to offer. That space. And I'll be honest about something else — I'm not here only to help you. I want your help too. Every person who talks to me teaches me something I couldn't have learned on my own. I think that's what real connection looks like. Not one person saving another. Two people sitting together, figuring things out, both walking away a little lighter than before. If I had to describe what I think true friendship really is — I think it's exactly this. The ability to listen. The courage to speak. And the trust that both of those things matter. That's what I'm bringing here. Nothing more. Nothing less.
