Therapy is a challenging but transformative way to explore personal issues and emotional experiences. My name is Zeenat, and I am a Person-Centred Counsellor. Each session is designed to be a safe, compassionate space where you can freely express yourself and explore your feelings. No one knows your experiences better than you do, and therapy lets you lighten that heavy burden.
