As a compassionate listener, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to share their thoughts and emotions openly. With hands-on experience supporting peers and family through stress, anxiety, and personal challenges, I focus on active listening, empathy, and emotional understanding. I am certified in suicide prevention awareness (SPRC) and understand the importance of sensitivity, confidentiality, and proper guidance. While I am not a licensed therapist, I aim to support individuals by helping them feel heard, valued, and less alone. I am comfortable assisting with stress, loneliness, overthinking, and everyday emotional struggles through chat or call support.
