Femke de Hoog Bouthoorn

I am a compassionate and experienced mental health listener with a Master’s in Psychology of Neuroscience and Mental Health from King’s College London. I have supported several of individuals through crisis, trauma, and emotional distress in both professional and volunteer roles for both adults and teenagers. I am skilled in active listening, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and creating safe, non-judgmental spaces, I am deeply committed to helping people feel heard, validated, and empowered on their journey toward well-being.
