Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) and MA in Counseling graduate who believes that mental health care goes beyond treating distress, rather it is also about building the conditions for people to truly thrive. My approach is integrative and wellness-oriented: I prioritize early intervention and prevention alongside focused, evidence based support for specific presenting concerns, meeting each client where they are and tailoring my methods to what they need most. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices — helping clients build self-awareness, psychological flexibility, and resilience for lasting wellbeing. I am especially passionate about supporting working professionals, and I bring added fluency in digital health platforms and provider operations that allow me to deliver care that is seamless, confidential, and client-centered.
