I am a telehealth provider licensed in New Jersey and Massachusetts. I specialize in helping people use cognitive behavioral skills to overcome anxiety and depression. I recognize that this process can be overwhelming, so my style is warm and supportive. I encourage my clients to guide the speed and direction of our sessions, while providing them with support, insight, and strategies to help them start feeling better. I also like to use humor so that the process doesn't constantly feel too serious or heavy. When necessary, I am direct and honest with my clients in order to help them see what they may need to do differently if they want to see different results.
