I am a compassionate and attentive listener with a strong foundation in psychology, currently completing my MSc in Applied Neuropsychology at the University of Bristol. Through academic training and clinical experience in mental health settings, I have developed a genuine ability to hold space for people, listen without judgement, and respond with empathy and care. I am trained in CBT and Trauma-Informed Care, which means I bring both warmth and structure to every conversation. Supporting people through difficult moments is not just something I am trained to do — it is something I am truly passionate about.
