Hello, my name is Raffaele. I am an Integrative Counsellor accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I work with both adults and young people.. I am genuine, honest, open and I feel very proud of being human because we can change for the better to live better within ourselves and with others by exploring, challenging our ideas, assumptions and core beliefs that we have very often learned from our past that's why I also use a philosophical approach not as knowledge but as an attitude to challenge and to understand if our ideas/beliefs are supported by facts or are just personal opinions. I offer a confidential, warm, friendly, supportive, non-judgemental environment. A space where clients can feel safe to talk about their feelings, thoughts, fears and concerns to help them understand and clarify what it is that is troubling them and to help them find ways to work through their issues. My therapeutic perspective is philosophical, relational and integrative which means I emphasize the relationship between the client and the therapist and use a variety of modalities (Transactional Analysis– Gestalt- Person Center Therapy– Cognitive Behavioural Therapy– Existential- Mindfulness) to work with each individual client and their individuality.
