As a master student in clinical psychology, I’ve received and still gain training in CBT therapy techniques. I’m able to apply CBT approaches as well as active listening and well-being guidance to provide necessary support based on the clients needs. My BA in psychology included courses of clinical psychology and family/individual therapy and many other helpful learnt material.
