I’m someone people find easy to talk to because I listen with intention and without judgment. I hold space for others in a way that makes them feel seen, heard, and respected. I don’t rush conversations—I let people open up in their own time, knowing they’re in a safe space. My experience has shown me that simply asking questions doesn’t always lead to honest answers. People open up when they feel safe, not when they feel examined. I focus on building that trust so they know I’m here to understand, not to judge or use their words against them.
