As someone who not only enjoys listening to others speak, I also enjoy curating a safe space for anyone I come in contact with. Whether it's a group environment or individual, I can be there to make sure they feel seen, heard & understood. With my two years as a case manager in mental health & substance abuse, and two years as a sober living manager I can do that. I have seen and experienced first hand the growth that can come from a space that encourages honesty, positivity, and support. that is the kind of energy I hope to foster in this position. I see my personal experience as my greatest asset, and it would be put to good use for this opportunity.
