Jelly Ledesma

I am a licensed Psychometrician form the Philippines who has been involved in offering psychoeducational services to my local community. This includes facilitating seminars on healthy stress management techniques and coping mechanisms, understanding the importance of mental health and suicide prevention. I recently had a year-long exposure on HR practices as an HR Assistant and continues to seek ways to increase awareness on the significance of mental health in communities.
