Janelle Ramos

I am currently employed at PowerVision EAP Inc. as a wellbeing counselor, a role I’ve held since September 2022. With a background in BS Psychology and a master’s degree in MAED Guidance and Counseling, I support individuals in improving their mental, emotional, and overall well-being. My work involves conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on areas such as stress management, work-life balance, resilience, and personal development. I also design and facilitate wellness modules for psychoeducational sessions and lead research initiatives to assess employee well-being. In collaboration with the clinical supervisor and mental health team, I help foster a positive, supportive, and proactive workplace culture.
