I am a Licensed Rehabilitation Counsellor (RCI) with postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology and Rehabilitation Psychology. I have experience working with individuals across clinical, rehabilitation, and community settings, supporting a wide range of mental health concerns. I provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly express their thoughts and emotions. My approach focuses on active listening, emotional support, and evidence-informed guidance to help individuals cope with stress, anxiety, depression, and life challenges.
