I am a trained Psychological Counsellor with experience as a listener/counsellor offering non judgemental and empathetic support to individuals facing emotional, personal and situational challenges. I prioritise understanding clients' perspective and needs without any bias. I create a safe confidential space where individuals feel heard and validated.I support individuals dealing with stress anxiety, relationship concerns, workplace issues and so on. I am comfortable in engaging across multiple communication modes including text , voice and video interactions according to client comfort. My strength lies in building rapport, active listening and responding with sensitivity within well defined boundaries. My goal is to support emotional well being, reduce feeling of isolation and empower individuals towards healthier coping and decision making.
