As a listener, my goal is not to judge or impose solutions, but to walk alongside individuals as they gain clarity, self-awareness, and confidence in navigating their lives. I have experience working with concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, overthinking, and relationship issues. I am particularly mindful of how past experiences, family dynamics, and academic pressures can impact mental well-being.
