Multilingual and empathetic counsellor with a strong foundation in mental health support, safeguarding, and student wellbeing. I recently completed an MSc in Counselling (Children and Young People) at Birmingham City University and have experience supporting young people through counselling placements in local schools. My work focuses on creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions. I have experience providing 1:1 and group support, responding to emotional distress, and working collaboratively with different services to support diverse and vulnerable communities. I am passionate about helping individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered in their personal growth.
