Mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. We are deeply shaped by our environments—whether it’s the socio-political climate, our family dynamics, or the pressures of work and education. While these forces are powerful, they don't take away our agency. Together, we’ll work on finding that fine balance between what we can change and what we need to meet with acceptance. Having practiced across the diverse cultural landscape of India, I bring a lens that honors how systemic and social structures impact our well-being. I am dedicated to providing a celebratory, affirming, and safe space for individuals of all identities and expressions.
