Dhea Abidah Hanum

I am a psychologist who is passionate about supporting people through listening and meaningful conversations. Since my early academic training in psychology, I have been involved in providing psychological support through counseling sessions, community programs, and psychoeducation activities. As a listener and counselor, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can freely share their thoughts and emotions. I believe that sometimes people simply need someone who is willing to listen with empathy and understanding. I have experience supporting individuals who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, family challenges, and personal life transitions. I have also worked with children and teenagers who are facing emotional or behavioral difficulties. Through this volunteer role, I hope to contribute by offering compassionate listening, emotional support, and helping individuals feel heard, understood, and less alone in their experiences.
