I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from IGNOU. I have completed my internship at Mind India, Guwahati, where I gained experience observing and understanding diverse psychological cases. I strive to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals can openly share their thoughts and feelings. My areas of interest include supporting teenagers and young adults dealing with stress, emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, and personal challenges. My goal is to help individuals feel heard, understood, and supported while working towards better emotional well-being.
