I have experience with the mental health organization MIND, seeing clients with various presentations such as anxiety, family estrangement, suicidal thoughts, abuse, grief, self-confidence issues and more. I work Pluralistically, meaning I can tailor the session to suit you, using a variety approaches to work together in a way that makes you the most comfortable. I have tools and theories from approaches such as Person Centered, CBT, Psychodynamic, ACT and Gestalt, meaning whether you want me to be the quiet listener or the gentle challenger, we can work around your needs.
