My extensive volunteer history further showcases my expertise as a listener and counselor. As a Senior Service Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I provided crisis intervention and promoted emotional resilience for individuals navigating depression and addiction. At Lighthouse Sanctuary, I serve as a Psychosocial Programs Consultant, collaborating on trauma-informed strategies to facilitate healing for shelter residents. Additionally, as the Bootcamp Programs Director for the BYU Management Society (Philippines Chapter) and the Philippines Coordinator for Stand Strong Philippines, I facilitate leadership workshops grounded in empathic communication. These roles, combined with my early corporate experience as an HR Analyst at MPTDC (2015–2016) and a Client Executive at Marsh & McLennan (2014–2015), allow me to bridge high-level operational management with compassionate, person-centered care.
