As a dedicated listener, I offer safe space for clients to express themselves. Currently, I work as a special need educator where I work with children who have special needs and conduct interventions for reading, attention building, fine motor skills and math. Further, I provide space for children to express themselves, conduct mindful activities for them to calm and regulate themselves. Further, I contribute for developing IEP and implement it after discussing it with parents. I listen to parents without any judgement, offers empathy and support them to improve their child's skills. Further, I help them to understand how they can support their child at home, develop their bond and how these children can be independent and build their future.
