Sigfred Jorge

I have over a decade of experience in Guidance and Counseling Services, primarily within academic institutions, where I provide holistic support to students through individual counseling, group sessions, and psychoeducational programs addressing academic, personal, social, and emotional concerns. My professional background includes extensive experience in psychological and guidance testing services, such as test administration, scoring, interpretation, individual reporting, and feedback sessions. I ensure that assessment results are delivered ethically and constructively to promote self-awareness, informed decision-making, and personal growth. Beyond the academic setting, I also conduct private counseling sessions for various professionals, supporting them in areas such as stress management, career transitions, work-life balance, leadership challenges, and personal development. Working with professionals from diverse fields has strengthened my ability to provide confidential, goal-oriented, and culturally sensitive counseling interventions tailored to adult clients. In addition, I design and facilitate enrichment seminars, mental health programs, and developmental workshops for different year levels and external organizations. Serving concurrently as an Instructor and designated Guidance Counselor has enhanced my collaborative work with faculty, administrators, and families in fostering a psychologically safe and supportive learning environment.
