To be honest, I have been working as an Good listener from my Master's degree onwards. I have done one additional course on" counselling psychology " Recently I was a HR executive wherein I was listening to all employees and helping them to understand the importance of thier performance in company growth. I am really keen in listening to someone who has non to listen. I humbly request you to help me get placed in that position definitely I will create an atmosphere where people enjoy sharing thier emotions, feelings, thoughts ,and problems.
