I volunteered as a Hotline Volunteer at Nightline, London. A mental health helpline for students where I provided support over the phone and through a messaging service to callers. - Provided confidential, empathetic support to distressed callers experiencing mental health crises, including those with suicidal ideation. - Helped callers explore and understand their emotions through active listening and non-directive guidance. - Created a safe, judgment-free space for individuals to discuss their thoughts and concerns.
