As a certified Mental Health First Responder and Registered Psychometrician, I served as a Guidance Associate providing individual and group initial consultation support to students. I offered a safe, confidential space for students to process concerns related to academic stress, gender identity, peer dynamics, relationship challenges, family issues, and overall mental health. My role focused on early identification of psychosocial concerns, emotional support, crisis response, and appropriate referral when necessary.
