Teshini Liyana

As a psychology graduate with practical training in counselling skills and active listening, I have developed the ability to attentively hear and understand individuals without judgment. My academic background included hands-on sessions where I practiced empathy, reflective listening, and emotional validation in structured settings. I am patient, compassionate, and able to create a safe space for others to express themselves openly. I genuinely value providing support to those in need, and I am willing to continue learning and improving my skills to serve individuals more effectively in this volunteer role.
