As someone working in healthcare I understand how difficult it can be to process a lot of things. I provide a lot of empathy to the people around me to listen and make them feel heard. I have done a course on Mental Health and how small things in our lives can alter and change it to negatively affect us. I will be more than happy to be able to help by listening to anything anyone has to say without any judgement at all. I give complete and full privacy to the person who is talking to me and I ensure nobody is around me when I take the sessions.
