I am interested in the field of psychology and mental health, and I genuinely love listening to people without judgment. I have completed courses on understanding mental health, Overcoming OCD: Diagnosis, Treatment options and Management and Anxiety management, and completed a Diploma in Psychology. I've also participated in a psychology and counselling workshop focused on ADHD and ASD. I want to offer emotional support, a safe space, and empathetic listening to people who may feel overwhelmed or unheard.
