I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, fluent in both English and Portuguese. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges with understanding and professional support. My approach is deeply empathetic, and client centered. My main approach is person centered therapy, but I also draw from other therapy approaches such as Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based, and Psychodynamic techniques to tailor each session to your individual needs.
