I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals who simply need to be heard. As a listener and counselor, my role is to sit with what’s present offering empathy, attuned listening, and emotional support without advice, fixing, or interpretation unless invited. These sessions are grounded in presence, respect, and confidentiality. The focus is on allowing thoughts and feelings to be expressed openly, at one’s own pace, in a space that values dignity, autonomy, and care. This is a volunteer offering and is available free of charge, intended for those seeking compassionate listening rather than therapy or clinical intervention.
